About the Role

H&N Signature Lounge is Mianwali's first premium men's grooming destination. We're hiring an Expert Stylist who delivers a level of cut, beard work, and client experience that no ordinary barber in this city offers. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to build a loyal personal clientele in a clean, modern, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, beard shaping, and grooming services across our full menu, consistently and on time.
Consult with each client before service — understand what they want, advise on what suits them, and set the standard for a premium experience.
Maintain speed without sacrificing quality; keep your chair productive throughout a busy day.
Keep your station, tools, and work area spotless and hygienic at all times.
Recommend treatments, packages, and retail products where genuinely suited to the client.
Build repeat business through skill and rapport — your regulars are your reputation.
Mentor junior staff and uphold H&N's service standards on the floor.

Requirements

Proven experience as a barber or men's stylist, with strong skills in modern cuts, fades, beard work, and classic styling.
A genuine eye for detail and finish — this is the difference between a naai and H&N.
Professional attitude: punctual, well-presented, respectful with clients and team.
Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while keeping every cut to standard.
Good communication and a service-first mindset.
Willingness to learn H&N's signature techniques and treatment menu (training provided).
